TPF Recruitment<\/span><\/span> are seeking a full -time Semi Senior Accountant to join one of our clients located in Maidenhead, Berkshire, working 37.5 hours per week. <\/span><\/span>This is a general practice environment, focused on an owner -managed business client base. Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Draft and prepare client accounts/statutory accounts of partnerships and LLPs along with Tax computations.<\/span>
<\/span>• Draft Corporation Tax returns (CT600).<\/span>
<\/span>• Compile Profit and Loss accounts, balance sheets of assets and liabilities, and trial balance accounts.<\/span>
<\/span>• Draft reports covering financial statements, client business issues, systems, and controls.<\/span>
<\/span>• Liaise closely with clients and other stakeholders, keeping the relevant manager/supervisor informed of developments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
<\/span>• Draft Corporation Tax returns (CT600).<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- AAT qualified or already working towards ACA/ACCA qualification.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Double entry accounting and bookkeeping skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Statutory and management accounts preparation for UK entities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Corporate Tax, Personal Tax and VAT experience are preferred but not essential.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
