We provide ABA therapy to help children with autism develop independence, communication skills, and confidence. We are seeking a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)<\/b> to join our Columbia, MD team.
<\/p>
This role provides clinical leadership, mentorship, and oversight of ABA programming. The Senior BCBA will support and guide BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs while collaborating closely with families and team members to ensure high -quality, ethical care. Services may be delivered in a variety of settings depending on client needs.

This is a Monday–Friday, full -time role.<\/b>
