Senior Commercial Officer

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Officer for our non -digital public sector client based in Manchester or Blackpool on an initial 3 -month contract paying up to £600 per day Inside IR35.

Hybrid working: 2 days on -site, increasing to 3 days on -site
<\/p>

<\/p>

Required Skills:
<\/p>

• Proven experience running procurements via CCS frameworks
<\/p>

• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive value and strategic outcomes
<\/p>

• Ability to manage a busy workload with competing priorities
<\/p>

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
<\/p>

• Knowledge of UK procurement legislation (PCR2015/PA2023)
<\/p>

• Contract and supplier management expertise
<\/p>

• Confident in designing and executing end -to -end procurements
<\/p>

• Understanding of the digital goods and services market
<\/p>

<\/p>

Desirable:
<\/p>

• Background in Digital / ICT / IT procurement
<\/p>

• Familiarity with CCS frameworks such as DOS, TS, DPS, G -Cloud
<\/p>

• MCIPS / CIPS qualified or equivalent
<\/p>
