About The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Head of Residential and Head of Country at Knight Frank.

This position is a Fixed Term contract until March 2027.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of our Residential business, ideal for a proactive, commercially minded EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident acting as a trusted right hand to senior leadership.

You’ll manage a wide range of strategic and administrative tasks, ensuring our leadership operates with maximum efficiency and impact. From diary and travel management to coordinating board meetings, overseeing business planning cycles and supporting key projects, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping everything running smoothly.

Your day will be varied, balancing priorities, offering solutions, and making decisions with professionalism, discretion and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Provide seamless support to the Head of Residential & Head of Country, including proactive diary management, inbox management and meeting preparation.
  • Coordinate board meetings, strategy days and leadership sessions, from creating board packs to taking minutes and tracking actions.
  • Manage complex UK and international travel itineraries and expense reports.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and personal administration with discretion.
  • Oversee social media activity (LinkedIn, Instagram, Yammer) on behalf of leadership.

Business Operations

  • Act as an ambassador for the leadership team, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support financial planning, MBOs, and remuneration cycles alongside the Finance and HR teams.
  • Coordinate the annual appraisal process and other people-related activities.
  • Partner with the Strategy and Operations teams on business planning and three-year plan delivery.
  • Assist with internal and external communications, including Town Halls and business updates.

Projects & Events

  • Lead and deliver cross-functional projects with clear accountability.
  • Manage key residential programmes such as office tours, leadership events and internal communications initiatives.
  • Organise and attend client or firm-wide events, from initial planning through to on-the-day coordination.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant (3+ years) supporting senior leadership within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • A natural organiser with strong judgement, initiative and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, discreet, polished and able to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and comfort with digital systems.
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
