Senior Finance Manager
InvitISEWe’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager with Adult Social Care finance experience for our local authority client based in Milton Keynes, on an initial 12 -month contract paying up to £600 per day Inside IR35.

This role allows hybrid working with 1 day per week in the Milton Keynes office.
<\/p>
<\/p>
You must have recent experience supporting Adult Social Care financial planning, forecasting, and reporting within a UK local government setting.
<\/p>
<\/p>
The successful Finance Business Partner will possess proven skills working with the following:
<\/p>
<\/p>
- Medium Term Financial Planning (MTFP) for Adults Services
<\/li> - Budget setting, reporting, and savings delivery
<\/li> - Oversight of complex grants and service -specific funding
<\/li> - Risk mitigation, sensitivity analysis, and performance monitoring
<\/li> - Strong stakeholder engagement – including senior officers and elected members
<\/li> - Financial governance, business case development, and transformation finance
<\/li> - CCAB -qualified (e.g. CIPFA, ACCA, ICAEW) with post -qualification experience
<\/li> - Team leadership and high -level reporting to Cabinet/Senior Management
