We are seeking an exceptional Senior Laundry Specialist to join an UHNW private household in a lead, specialist position. This role is suited to someone with a strong background in 5â7 luxury hotels and UHNW private households*, who brings deep technical knowledge of high\-end garments, luxury brands and couture\-level garment care.

<\/div>
The successful candidate will take ownership of all laundry and wardrobe processes, setting standards, overseeing best practice, and acting as the go\-to expert within the household team.

<\/div>
This is a hands\-on role requiring precision, discretion and confidence, alongside the ability to lead, guide and train others in correct garment care and handling.

Key Responsibilities
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
⢠Full responsibility for all laundry operations within the household
<\/div>
<\/div>
⢠Expert care of high\-end and luxury garments, including couture, bespoke tailoring and delicate fabrics
<\/div>
<\/div>
⢠Washing, handwashing, pressing and finishing to the highest professional standard
<\/div>
<\/div>
⢠Correct handling of silks, cashmere, wool, linen, embroidery, beading and specialist fabrics
<\/div>
<\/div>
⢠Knowledge of luxury and designer brands and their specific care requirements
<\/div>
<\/div>
⢠Wardrobe management, organisation and seasonal rotation
<\/div>
<\/div>
⢠Liaising with specialist dry cleaners and external providers when required
<\/div>
<\/div>
⢠Spotting, treating and preventing stains with advanced techniques
<\/div>
<\/div>
⢠Ensuring all garments are stored, presented and maintained impeccably
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Leadership & Oversight
<\/div>
<\/div>

⢠Act as lead specialist for laundry and garment care
<\/div>
<\/div>
⢠Set standards, systems and best practice for the household
<\/div>
<\/div>
⢠Train and support other staff members on correct garment handling
<\/div>
<\/div>
⢠Quality control and final checks before garments are returned to wardrobes
<\/div>
<\/div>
⢠Advise the household team on garment care, storage and maintenance
