Description

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and talented Senior Manager, Security Architecture who has genuine excitement and interest in application, cloud, and network security.  You must relish the challenge of conducting deep assessments of large, complex products with a view to improving security architecture via automation. You must have prior experience and a passion for managing and coaching security staff.  As a member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and delivering in-depth security work and build security tooling to support the review process. You will be engaged in technical discussions, hiring, managing a distributed team, creating processes where needed, and meeting project delivery deadlines.



Responsibilities

What You’ll Bring

•    8+ years of professional experience in security, including building and deploying security tools and processes
•    5+ years of leadership and people management skills
•    Demonstrated ability to think strategically and build strategic partnerships
•    Defensive or offensive security experience
•    Expert ability to communicate information clearly and concisely in written, verbal, and high-impact presentations
•    Demonstrated history of attracting and retaining high performance employees
•    Experienced in complex decision-making
•    Experienced in developing and executing operational plans to deliver business results
•    Thorough understanding of common security assessment processes and how they fit into the software development lifecycle

Nice to Have

•    Software development experience
•     Understanding of cloud development
•     Understanding of how to scale application security and/or software assurance
•    Knowledge of commonly used programming languages such as C, Java, Python, Go, Vibe Coding, Apex.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
