Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer
OZ Solutions GroupPosition Summary:<\/span><\/b><\/h3>A large -scale IT program is seeking a highly experienced <\/span>Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer<\/b> <\/span>to support and modernize enterprise networking environments including hybrid cloud data centers, WAN networks, and critical application infrastructure. This role involves design, implementation, and support of a range of networking technologies including Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and cloud networking.
<\/p>The engineer will play a key role in infrastructure upgrades, network optimization, and operational support especially within projects like <\/span>campus network refreshes<\/b>, <\/span>data center modernization<\/b>, and <\/span>application delivery optimization<\/b>.

Requirements<\/h3>Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/h3>Lead daily network administration and support: equipment configuration, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
<\/p><\/li>
Configure and support Cisco technologies: <\/span>Nexus, ASR, Catalyst, ACI, SDWAN<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>Support and troubleshoot <\/span>Cisco ASA/FirePOWER (FMC/FTD/FXOS)<\/b> <\/span>firewalls and VPNs (AnyConnect, IPSec, GRE, IKEv2).
<\/p><\/li>Design and configure advanced network protocols and technologies: <\/span>BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, VXLAN, VPC, QoS, STP, ACLs, TCP/IP<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams on <\/span>F5<\/b> <\/span>and <\/span>NSX/Avi<\/b> <\/span>load balancer configuration.
<\/p><\/li>Use diagnostic tools like <\/span>Wireshark, tcpdump, and Netscout<\/b> <\/span>for deep packet inspection and root cause analysis.
<\/p><\/li>Provide operational support: issue resolution, root cause analysis, and preventative solutions.
<\/p><\/li>
Manage <\/span>Azure and AWS cloud network configurations<\/b> <\/span>and firewall rules.
<\/p><\/li>Work with vendors to ensure timely resolution of outages and incidents within SLA targets.
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain and develop network diagrams, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation (Visio, Lucidchart).

Monitor and implement <\/span>security best practices<\/b> <\/span>for enterprise and cloud -based network environments.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>Required Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/h3>8+ years<\/b> <\/span>hands -on experience with Cisco routers and switches (Nexus, Catalyst, ASR, ACI, etc.)
<\/p><\/li>8+ years<\/b> <\/span>with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
<\/p><\/li>5+ years<\/b> <\/span>working with network security tools (Cisco ASA, FirePOWER)
<\/p><\/li>5+ years<\/b> <\/span>experience configuring and supporting <\/span>F5<\/b> <\/span>(LTM, GTM, BIG -IQ)
<\/p><\/li>5+ years<\/b> <\/span>experience conducting packet -level network analysis
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>Preferred Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/h3>Experience in <\/span>K -12 or education -related projects<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>Cisco CCNP, VMware certifications
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with <\/span>SDWAN, Meraki, vManage<\/b>
