Inviting applications for the role of  Senior Principal Consultant- Salesforce Project Manager 

The Salesforce Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce initiatives, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. This role requires deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, project management methodologies, and stakeholder communication 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Requirement Gathering\: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into technical specifications  

  • Solution Design\: Architect scalable Salesforce solutions using custom objects, workflows, integrations, and automation tools 

  • Project Planning\: Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies 

  • Team Leadership\: Manage cross-functional teams including developers, admins, testers, and analysts 

  • Technical Oversight\: Review designs, code, and configurations to ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices 

  • Agile Execution\: Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming 

  • Stakeholder Communication\: Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders 

  • Quality Assurance\: Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure defect-free deployments 

  • Post-Implementation Support\: Deliver training and support to end users, ensuring adoption and issue resolution 

 

 

Qualifications we seek in you!  

Minimum qualifications: 

  • B.E or B.Tech or MCA 

  • Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and FSL 

  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, and integration tools 

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies 

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices 

  • Strong ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams 

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Salesforce certifications preferred 

 

 Preferred qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field  

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft or other middleware 

  • Background in enterprise architecture or digital transformation projects

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $100000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
