About the Role:<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

The <\/span>Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM)<\/span><\/b> for the <\/span>Entitlement Experience team<\/span><\/b> will lead transformative initiatives to expand the <\/span>streaming platform’s<\/span><\/b> offer selection globally and improve customer sign -up and retention processes. You will drive key technical projects that impact engineering, product, and UX teams to deliver new capabilities and enhance the user experience.

What You Will Do: <\/span><\/span><\/h3>

You will lead <\/span>program management<\/span><\/b> for key engineering initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across engineering, product, and UX teams. You'll drive complex and ambiguous technical projects, ensuring alignment and timely delivery. Additionally, you will own key engineering goals for the <\/span>Entitlement Experience<\/span><\/b>, focusing on improving the <\/span>user experience<\/span><\/b>, accelerating feature launches, and enhancing <\/span>availability<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>resiliency<\/span><\/b>. You’ll collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure smooth execution across the <\/span>streaming platform<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>

The <\/span>Entitlement Experience team<\/span><\/b> manages the customer journey from purchase through to sign -up, checkout, and content access on the <\/span>streaming platform<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/h3>

• Lead <\/span>Critical Project Reviews (CPRs)<\/span><\/b> for key engineering and business goals, involving engineering, product, UX, and business stakeholders.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
  • Facilitate <\/span>roadmap reviews<\/span><\/b> with engineering and product teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    • Author <\/span>2 -pagers<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>6 -pagers<\/span><\/b> to document and drive engineering transformation for the Entitlement Experience.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      • Review, audit, and track progress on engineering goals and initiatives across teams.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
        • Lead <\/span>availability<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>infrastructure improvement<\/span><\/b> campaigns for Entitlement Experience services.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
          • Participate in <\/span>roadmap planning<\/span><\/b> for 12 -month and 3 -year plans, aligning teams on future priorities.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

            Requirements<\/h3>

            BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: <\/span><\/b><\/span>

            • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
              • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                • Experience building and evaluating system -level technical design<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                    • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                      • Experience in system design<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

                        • Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                          • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi -million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership<\/span><\/span><\/span>
