This role will support large-scale initiatives focused on redefining online and mobile experiences for retail clients, with an immediate focus on the external and internal asset transfer journey. Requirements and Qualifications:
· Lead digital client experience initiatives, driving requirements and execution across complex, cross-functional projects.
· Quickly understand and document end-to-end processes to design and deliver seamless digital solutions.
· Partner with business and technology teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with client experience goals.
· Contribute to the creation and success of innovative digital platforms and tools for retail clients.
· 7–12 years of Business Analyst or Consulting experience, with proven success in digital transformation or financial services initiatives.
· Strong experience with asset transfer processes and digital platform enhancements.
· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
· Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and influence digital strategy.
· Passion for delivering client-facing experiences, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
