We're seeking an Operations Senior Associate with 4 to 6 years of experience, to manage critical day-to-day business operations, including all banking operations and money movement. You'll support deal execution and cash management across Operations, Investor Relations, and Underwriting & Analytics teams while partnering with Product and Engineering to identify improvement opportunities and develop technology-integrated solutions. Additional responsibilities include managing back-office activities with accountants, driving process improvements for greater efficiency, and assisting with reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with excellent time management and communication abilities, capable of working both independently and collaboratively while managing junior team members
The pay range for this role is $130,000 - 160,000 depending on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
