The Role

We're seeking an Operations Senior Associate with 4 to 6 years of experience, to manage critical day-to-day business operations, including all banking operations and money movement. You'll support deal execution and cash management across Operations, Investor Relations, and Underwriting & Analytics teams while partnering with Product and Engineering to identify improvement opportunities and develop technology-integrated solutions. Additional responsibilities include managing back-office activities with accountants, driving process improvements for greater efficiency, and assisting with reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with excellent time management and communication abilities, capable of working both independently and collaboratively while managing junior team members

Responsibilities:

• Integral role on the Operations team managing the day-to-day business
• Handle all banking operations and money movements
• Assist the Operations, Investor Relations, and Underwriting teams with managing deal execution and cash management activities
• Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams, to help find areas of improvement and generate ideas for technology integrated solutions on the platform
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Work with our Finance team and accountants to manage the back office activities
• Develop automated reporting solutions for internal stakeholders and external investors
• Maintain and improve existing excel-based models while transitioning workflows to scalable solutions

Key Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience including banking, private credit, fintech, or alternative investment markets.
• Current licenses, or willing to take shortly after joining: Series 7 and Series 63 or Series 99
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
• The ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced, problem solving environment
• Able to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
• Ability to quickly address problems independently
• Equally comfortable working collaboratively on a team, as well as autonomously
• A passion for startups, financial services, and technology companies

The pay range for this role is $130,000 - 160,000 depending on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
