The Senior Financial Analyst will provide in-depth financial analysis and strategic guidance to support business decision-making. This role is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and analysis (FP&A), budget management, and reporting, working closely with executive management and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast performance and analyze potential scenarios.
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership.
• Build and analyze revenue and productivity reports from Epic.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and provide support for their initiatives.
• Assist with evaluating potential investments and strategic opportunities, such as mergers and acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior financial analysts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a financial analyst, with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Expert knowledge of financial analysis principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., ERP systems, BI tools).
• Proficiency with data extraction and reporting in Epic.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
