<\/div>Operational Oversight & Process Improvement<\/b><\/span>
<\/b><\/span><\/span> <\/div>⢠Oversee and manage field operations and projects within a designated area.
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>⢠Create and implement processes that improve efficiency, consistency and documentation of field activities and results with an intense focus on customer service.
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>⢠Collaborate with other parts of the company and provide feedback to improve on processes to be more responsive to customers.

<\/div>Workforce Development & Accountability<\/b><\/span>
<\/b><\/span><\/span> <\/div>⢠Instill a sense of pride and ownership in the workforce.

<\/div> <\/blockquote> <\/blockquote>Required Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>
<\/b><\/span><\/span> <\/div>⢠High school diploma or GED.
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>⢠Minimum of seven (7) years Telecom industry experience.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>⢠Minimum of five (5) years Field Operations Management experience.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>⢠Must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills along with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure and\/or with deadlines.
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>⢠Advanced knowledge of engineering, plant service center, outside plant and central office functions, including FTTH, TDM, VoIP, data networking, and DSL installation and repair.
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>⢠Advanced understanding of electronics, electrical circuitry, network installation, maintenance and testing of central offices.
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>⢠Must have and maintain a valid driverâs license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>⢠Must complete a pre\-employment drug screening.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span> <\/div> <\/blockquote>
<\/div>Preferred Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>
<\/b><\/span><\/span> <\/div>⢠BA\/BS in Telecommunications, Operations Management or Business Administration preferred.
<\/span><\/span> <\/div>⢠Successful completion\/certification in related technical fields or vendor equipment desired.<\/span>
