Senior Technical Consultant (Syteline Developer)

Harris Fields Search Partners, on behalf of our client, seeks an experienced Senior Technical Consultant with extensive expertise in SyteLine ERP development and customization. Position Overview
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will apply your 15+ years of experience in SyteLine ERP and INFOR CSI to provide impactful development and customization services for our clients. We are looking for individuals who excel in connecting SyteLine ERP to cloud platforms (such as .NET and AWS) and bring a strong foundation in enterprise-level consulting and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Conduct inclusive and thorough requirements gathering to understand diverse customer needs and objectives.
• Solution Design: Analyze, develop, and test customizations for SyteLine and INFOR CSI systems, addressing unique business challenges.
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation of project specifications, estimates, and timelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with client stakeholders, fostering a respectful and inclusive environment throughout project phases.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in .NET technologies, including T-SQL, VB.NET, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
• ERP Experience: Strong background in ERP systems, with a focus on SyteLine and INFOR.
• Manufacturing Knowledge: Previous experience in the manufacturing sector, applying industry insights to ERP customization.
• Consulting Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and inclusive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in SyteLine ERP/INFOR CSI development, with at least 10 years in consulting and ERP customization.
• Additional Skills: Strong analytical skills, adaptability to handle multiple projects, and a high level of motivation and integrity.
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% for client site visits, internal meetings, and sales support.
• License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
